DONATION REWARDS PROGRAM

Lilett ’ Candies ‘Donation Rewards Program’ was created in response to non-profit and not for profit groups and organizations requests for donations to help support various activities and events that would otherwise, receive little to no support from public or private business entities.

The ‘Program’ rewards your group or organization with a donation of Lilett ’ Candies gourmet candy, gift certificate(s) or cash back based on the dollar volume of business your members do with Lilett ’ Candies throughout the entire year.

Here’s how it works:

When a member of your group or organization purchases candy from Lilett ’ Candies and, at the time of purchase tells us they are from your group, a donation of 6% of the retail or sale price (excluding tax and shipping and handling) will be set aside for your group or organization in a donation rewards account. This account will keep a running total of donations and redemptions for the group or organization.

For example:

A member or friend of your group or organization purchase 2 - 1pound boxes of Lilett ’ English Toffee for a total of $35.00 (excluding tax). A donation reward dollar of $2.10 (6% of $35.00) will be added to the Donation Reward Account set up for your group. When the account accumulates $50.00 or more in reward dollars you would qualify to redeem all or part of those dollars in the form of Lilett ’ Candies Gift Certificates or available in-stock gourmet candy. Gift certificates may be issued from the account in amounts of not less than $10.00. In-stock gourmet candy may be redeemed in candy boxes of not less than one pound.

Reward dollars in excess of $100.00 qualify for redemption in the form of a check from Lilett ’ Candies made payable to the group or organization on record.

Redeemed reward dollars are deducted from the amount available in the account. The account would remain active and open until we are notified to close it.

Qualifications:

Any legitimate non-profit or not for profit group or organization may qualify to open an account with us.

To open an account, the group or organization must provide us with a letter from its president requesting the account be open. It must contain the group or organization’s location, its tax identification number, and the individual(s) authorized to redeem the donation reward dollars.

All in store, on line and mail order purchases are included in this program.

Restrictions:

The minimum dollar amount necessary in the ‘Donation Rewards Program’ account to issue a gift certificate or receive candy is $50.00.

Donation Reward Dollars: continue to accumulate in the account until it is closed; are not transferable to other groups or organizations; do not have an expiration date; can only be applied to the account at the time of purchase when the customer tells us they are with your group or organization.

Lilett ’ Candies Gift Certificates: may be used alone are as partial payment towards a larger purchase of candy; may not be redeemed for cash; do not qualify as a purchase to be added to the rewards program account upon redemption.

A review of your account may be requested by phone, email or in writing once a month.

Redemption requests must be submitted in writing by an individual(s) authorized to do so on the account.

Redemptions on the account will be allowed once a month.
